Beginning his career as a trainee mechanical design engineer, Neil transitioned to a number of site-based execution roles – gaining invaluable experience as he worked his way up through all operational levels. Four decades later, Neil’s journey ultimately led him to the role of CEO at Altrad Australia. 

After relocating to Australia from the UK, Neil’s extensive industry knowledge secured him leadership positions at Ausgroup and Cape PLC. In 2014, he took the reins as CEO of Altrad for Australia and Asia Pacific.

Since joining Altrad, Neil’s strategic vision and operational expertise have been instrumental in transforming the company into the successful business it is today.
