Project Overview:
The Chevron 502 Turnaround project was the second planned maintenance turnaround for LNG upstream and downstream assets in Northwest Western Australia. As the Primary Maintenance Contractor (PMC), Altrad (formerly AusGroup) executed comprehensive event management, planning, and scheduling. The project focused on enhancing operational performance while maintaining a strong commitment to safety and quality, leveraging multi-disciplinary expertise to complete the turnaround successfully.
Scope:
- Planning and scheduling of event management.
- Preparation of 1,391 job packs, including permits and isolations.
- Execution of mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation tasks.
- Painting, insulation, and fireproofing services.
- Scaffolding, lifting, and rigging operations.
- Materials and resource supply.
- Quality control and completions activities.
