Jandakot Facility Opening Ceremony

As National Reconciliation Week draws to a close for 2021, let us be reminded that Reconciliation is not just a word, it requires action 365 days of the year and beyond, a commitment Altrad Services values highly.

During National Reconciliation Week, Altrad Services officially opened our Jandakot Facility with a traditional Indigenous cultural ceremony, tour of our facility and enjoyed a morning tea inspired by native ingredients. The event was attended by representatives from our Indigenous partners, customers and employees. We would like to thank Mr Matthew McGuire for conducting the Welcome to Country and Smoking ceremony; the Moorditj Mob from Wesley College for performing a traditional dance; and Gather Foods for providing the outstanding food for the event.

The event was a great success for Altrad Services and we look forward to organising further opportunities to engage with our clients, colleagues and community as we progress through our Reconciliation and Indigenous engagement journey.
