Chevron Brownfield Maintenance

OVERVIEW

AusGroup (now part of Altrad) were awarded a contract in 2015 to provide brownfield maintenance and support services for the operational phase of Chevron Australia’s assets; Wheatstone, Gorgon and WA Oil sites.

The areas covered in the scope are Front-line and campaign maintenance; Brownfield execution scopes; Turnarounds and Planned and unplanned outages.

THE SCOPE

AusGroup provide the following Services to Chevron;

• SMP
• E&I
• Welding & Fabrication (on-site and offsite)
• Rope access (all trades)
• Minor civils & earthworks
• PIF
• Scaffolding including engineering services
• Asset based Workshop management
• Asset management (hire equip, special tools,
• procurement and maintenance
• Crane operation (rigging) and maintenance
• Lifting & rigging equipment
• Industrial Services
• Management of other Chevron contractors
• Management of Chevron activities related to the work

Assets: Wheatstone LNG, Wheatstone Platform, Gorgon LNG, WA Oil and Thevenard Island

Total Manhours Completed: 2,404,761hrs with TRIFR of 0.39
